I always loved the passion of her voice in this song. Her vocals in this song really oozed with the hurt and desperation of a relationship coming to an end, I think that’s why the song really stuck with me throughout the years.

Much different than her previous album [Echoes], this album [Honeymoon Punch] brings her voice along with some catchy beats. This is my morning song on my drive to work to get me nice and peppy, blasting the song as I sit in traffic :)

I love how Jay-Z completely opened up in this song. It was a heart to heart about how happy he is to be a father. Went as personal as to mention the heartache they had during a previous miscarriage. It was special to hear Ivy Blue crying in the background. I’m not a big fan on Jay-Z lyrics but do like the beat of some of his songs, but this song…this song I do love.
